What is the biggest difference between baby girls and baby boys?

I know alot of parents say they have one baby that was a bit worse then the other. My daughter was one week away from turning a yr old when my son was born. He is now almost 8 months old and she is almost 20months old. As small small babies they were completly opposite. My daughter slept threw the night from day one and barley cried EVER!! Now Tyson on the other hand woke up anywhere from 3-6 times a night and cried alot. I couldnt put him down or he would start. Now he is a much more passive baby then my daughter ever thought of being. I guess all you have to do is tend to each of their needs and just keep them both happy. Just dont favour and try to get your son to help with things ( if he wants to lol).Knowing what to do with both of them comes natural.

My son was 5 when I ahd my daughter so get ready for the jealousy first of ll. But anyway, my son was a great to deal with baby boy, but that little gurly of mine was a handful. She constantly threw up on me, she was a cry baby and i never could keep a siter for her. So there's the difference I had to deal with... :)

My daughter Alyssa is more "needy" then my son Benny was at her age.(Alyssa-13 mo.,Benny- almost 6 yrs old) She is way more into exploring her world, then Benny was. He was a little more reserved in that dept. Alyssa crys more then Benny did. They both had problems sleeping at night. Benny would only sleep in the swing with a burrito-wrapped blanket, and a binky. Alyssa has her "softy/blanket" and sucks her thumb, and has to fall asleep with us, then we put her in her crib.(whatever works, right?) Alyssa doesn't tend to pee on me while changing her diaper! I had to cover Benny's penis so I wouldn't get pee in my hair! LOL :o) I'm glad I had one of each to see their differences for myself. I only wanted two children, so I'm enjoying everything, everyday! I think it's great to watch Alyssa and Benny play toys together. I see Alyssa copy Benny when playing with certain toys, like cars. She makes the noise that cars make! Benny is a very proud big brother, and often tells people to come see his baby sister, at the park. I want to raise them to be equals. Benny likes swimming so I got him into swim lessons this summer! Everyone thinks Alyssa will be a gymnast, since she can do the splits perfectly, so maybe we'll try gymnastics when she's older. She now wants to be in the water with her big brother, so maybe swim lessons for her!
You will conform to their needs, as most moms do, so don't worry. You will be great, and they will be loved, no matter what their differences are! Good luck, and Congrats!
