I have enrolled my son in tea kwon doe and it has done wonders. It teaches disiplin and self control. As a parent I have noticed that if you don't react to the drama its less likely to happen. Also i keep bandaids around at all times and they make everything better all i have to do is get one out put it on and the tears are gone. Good luck.
