I'm due 8th June and I have had the shot, I don't know where everyone else lives but i'm in Australia and there hasn't been anything bad said about the shot and my baby is healthy.

i don't plan to get the shot or the spray. i have been lucky so far and have not gotten the swine flu after being exposed to it and have very rarely ever had the flu. I think I am in an area that is pretty safe and although I got my 3 year old son the spray I don't plan to get it myself

I have been researching about the shot and have spoken with a few specialists about it. And each one of them have told me to wait as there have been problems with the current injection and that because of the break out, it was rushed through all the testing stages. For myself personally, I think I will wait a little longer.

I don't think I'm getting the shot. They just announced a non-safety recall on the shot because it isn't potent enough to keep you from getting the swine flu. Who knows in the future if they make it too potent or if they find out it could actually harm the baby. I know I am taking a risk by not getting it but I feel like if I do get it I am still taking a risk. I know someone who had the swine flu and they said they didn't get any sicker then the regular flu. You just have to make sure you stay hydrated. Good luck

im due in may, i have booked appointment to have the injection i would rather have the jab instead of risking my baby life if i got swine flu, at first i thought no but its not me im putting at risk by not having it, have u decided if your having it?
