just trying to get my daughter the best help possible and wondering if there was anything i was missing ... i take her to comp rehab for her speech she has been to the developmental center at iowa city iowa hospitol and gets help somewhat in school .. sometimes i feel like its not enough and when im the only one in here life she has to help her it makes it tough at times ...... just asking

to me it sounds like you are doing evrything. i know it can be tough even when you have someone to help. at my kids iep meetings we discuss things that i can do at home to help too. but love and support are the best things you can do. and dont hold her back form doing things just because of her disablilty. let her at least try. she will never know her full potential unless she tries.

How old is your daughter? Does she have a diagnosis? Special Needs School? Parent Counseling? Social Worker?
