We are going through the ups and downs of having to rule out other medical conditions. I don't really want to go into too many specifics since I do that all the time at appointments.
I really just want to focus on the special moments and bonding experiences.

try to find activities in your area that he cant do anything wrong like going to the park coloring and so what if he goes out side the lines building something just so he can knock it down if that's what he wants to do with it the less rules the better and mostly ask him what he wants to do if you can get away with it do it my sons favorite thing is being the boss so i let him over his sisters during meals get them to the table give them their plates pour their drinks he tells them no when they start throwing their food and plates to the floor and washes them up when they are done and he is only 5 (3 mentally) just simple things that make him happy

do fun things. go tho the zoo, go to the park and do diffrent things other then whats there like hide and seek, or chase, try sports try diffrent activites see ur local school and have them give u ideas, go to the museum do arts and crafts have him hep u around the house maybe cook dinner let him come up with stories there are lots of things be creative.
