My son (12 yo) has been diagnosed with ADD and my daughter(7 yo) ADHD. We have tried all typed of meds and therapy. I decided to stop the meds because of the side effects and the therapy is not making much of a difference. I have changed their diets too, no success. I recently looked into alternatives such as vitamins and supplements. During my search I found Synaptol which claims to be natural and is FDA Approved. Has anyone tried Synaptol???

Hi, got a nearly 13 yrs old son who was diagnosed with mild ADD at the end of the summer. To help him, I looked into various options and went ahead with Synaptol. He's been taking it twice a day for over 6 weeks. Because he is on his last bottle and before I order some more, I asked him about it and he said that it is helping him. When I probed him for details, he said that for example, he only skipped 2 questions in a test as before he would skip a whole page (7 questions) and he thinks that's why he got the highest grade in french (it was an oral test). It seems to be working for him, so I will reorder some more. I am trying this Occupational Therapy called IM-Home, which is meant to help him process information better, but that is a long term goal - if you want to try it, make sure you have enough in your savings, because it will set you back quite a bit. Hope this helps!

I decided not to try it and seek Bahavior therapy instead. There hasn't been much of a difference so I'm reconsidering.

No, after I seen your post I looked it up and book marked the page. I went and talked to my local herd store and I had gotten other products off them about four weeks ago. I haven't been noticing a difference in my son so just last night I ordered it. I know what works for one might not work for another. Have you tried it yet?
