Recently my hair has begun falling out. When I comb it, it comes out from every corner it seems. Anyone else experiencing this? Why does this happen? It happened with my older son about a few months after he was born, now it's happening with my 2 month old. Only this time it seems worse.

Yes, the hormone product during cause the hair to grow more, for the baby and so forth. After about the 2-3 it fall out, because hormone levels are getting back function normally before the pregnancy.

YES! With my now three month old my hair start falling out while I was pregnant with him and after I had him.I thought it was doing to me missing some days of taking my pre-natal vitamins. I eventually got back on track(with taking my vitamins), however my hair was still coming out! After getting a second opinion from my hairdresser I realize it was coming from stress! I have since stop stressing and my hair seems to be growing back. So if you are stressing try to stay calm and it should grow back.

This is fairly normal for all women after having a baby. My hair dresser and doctor all told me the same thing. It all has to do with hormonal changes, no longer taking the prenatal vitamins and such. In a sense your hair basically is "adjusting" back to your normal (pre-pregnancy) hair type and growth cycle.

Mine grew a lot while pregnant, and actually was good for some time, then all of a sudden it just started falling out.  To be honest t started soon after I stopped breastfeeding.

My hair never fell out it actually did the opposite. But it's because of our hormones. They are all over the place.Once your hormones balance themselves out you should see improvements.

My hair was falling out all over the place and I noticed it was coming from the roots! ... Now it's finally growing back. My hair dresser was telling me if you had an epidural that causes your hair to thin and fall out. He explained that the epidural meds have to come out of your system someway and they come out through your pores. When they come out of your pores in your scalp, it causes the roots to become thin and eventually fall out. I'm assuming the epidural has left my system after 8 months so my hair started growing back. Try a shampoo that deep cleanses your scalp to prevent the falling out... scrub hard!!!

Yes :(, so sadm mine is thinning in the crown area.  It is taking it forever to get back.  I too had to get my hair cut.  Please let me know, my hairdress recommended using Equate hydrocordizone.  I is working for me, just real slow motion.  But if you find out something else keep me posted.

Yes! I just recently had to get my hair cut. My hair is thinning in the front. My hairdresser said it's from stress. I'm doing my research so I will let you know how to get your hair back on track!
