if u have lost ur mucus look out for even a slight bit of leakage that you could mistake for discharge as my waters broke up high and only lightly trickled for 2 days without me realising and that is very danagerous as it can course infection...

maybe you are further along than you think, babies move less in the last few months. Have a glass of OJ or a peice of chocolate, you should feel something!! Best of everything to you!!!

No problem. With my son I was induced on what we thought was my due date and when he was born they said he looked 41 PLUS weeks! I hadn't lost my plug until about a week maybe 2 before I was induced. lol.

And another thing, don't be worried about loosing your mucus plug, some women loose it a month before delivering some not so soon and I didn't even notice when I lost it w/my daughter.

Baby might have ran out of room to move already. The last several weeks of my pregnancy I was having a non stress test done every day to every other day because my daughter was not moving and I was only 16 at the time. Baby was fine, but was huge born at 9lbs 13.5oz. Also, make sure your not noticing baby not moving at a time baby normally doesn't move. Also, if your baby like my son (my 2nd) is w/their back to your navel and legs towards your back, you wont feel kicking. It scared all the time!!! Make sure you keep yourself VERY hydrated! If you feel contractions or cramping lay on your left side (not sure why they tell you to lay on your left side, but it is supposed to stop contractions) and drink lots of water/fluids.

I agree with Jenee. Generally, in the last several weeks of pregnancy, (usually 36 weeks and on), you should be getting 10-12 kicks per hour. The baby usually will move while it's sleeping, so that shouldn't stop the movements. Did the sugary drink help? You are much better off being safe than sorry. Don't be hesitant to call the dr. - it's their job to make you feel better! :)

It can or it can not be normal. Drink something with a lot of sugar in it ( Orange Juice is best ) lay on your side and count the number of movements. If you can get 10 in a hour then that is good. If not then call your doctor. Anytime my son stopped moving for a period of time I called my doctor right away. It might be nothing or it might be something.
