About a week ago I went into the ER with constant, regular contractions that seemed to get stronger and strong. I was told that I was dialating very slowly so that it was only "Early" labor...I was kind of disappointed when I was sent home with only a pain med to control the pain of the contractions. Then about 2 nights ago the same thing happened. That day...I woke up, took a shower, and when I got out of the shower, I noticed it was very uncomfortable to walk because it felt like he was just going to fall right out. Shortly after my shower, I noticed I was getting regular contractions that weren't very painful, but around lunchtime me and my boyfriend were out at dinner for our anniversary and they began hurting so bad I couldn't even eat. We left the restaurant and I took my pain meds then went home to rest. The pain subsided but the contractions never stopped and sure enough later that night the pain came back just as bad as it was before. I just waited these out to see if they stopped and they never did. I also noticed that my feet and hands began to swell very bad, so I went to the ER and they told me I had dialated about 1 cm. The contractions were coming every 1-2 minutes and began to get unbearable, but yet, they still sent me home saying it was "Early" labor. I went home bawling, not only from the pain, but from the frustration. Now ever since that night, I get the regular contractions pretty much all throughout the day they just don't seem to be very painful until it gets closer to nightime, I'm nauseous which makes me not want to eat because I'm scared I'll throw it back up, I can't sleep, I've lost pretty much all energy from being up at all hours of the night, yesterday I noticed that I had lost what I'm assuming is my mucous plug because of how thick it was and the little blood I noticed in it, and my poor boyfriend is no longer my friend at the moment lol...I'm just getting so frustrated. Is there an end in sight?
