Yea I tried to freeze once and I didnt like it, it made the food more watery. I havnt tried meats yet either, not to sure how that would work.

I want to get one, not just for my baby but also for myself. Figure the containers are the perfect size for snacking at work and since it would be both of us using it oh darn on the price.

I just used a regular blender, I couldn't get myself to spend money on something that I already had in my kitchen in a larger size.
I would make pureed peas, green beans, black beans, carrots, pear, sweet potato, squashes. I mashed bananas by hand, I found blenders made it gummy.
Pureed meats creep me out, even homemade.

I have it and I love it!!! I find it purees pretty fast! I have made most veggies, a couple chicken dinners that I got from a baby food book and some fruit. Baby girls loves it and I love it too as it's better and cheaper!!

I made my own baby food, but just used a blender or masher. Worked great.

I have one and I love it. My only complaint would be that I am using a cookbook that calls for large recipes so I have to split the batches into multiple blending sessions. Overall though I think it is worth the money. My daughter loves the homemade food.

I tried it, but I think a blender blends the food more evenly. I made squash and green beans.
