I have an eight month old and a three year old with minor eczema at home. I currently use dreft detergent, the same bottle from when he was born but I want to replace it with perhaps something cheaper if possible but won't irritate their sensitive skin. Any advice or experiences will be helpful

Serena, I'm not sure if you can get it where you are but like you my daughter has eczema, and I use fairy washing powder and comfort pure fabric conditioner. I tried to use a different fabric conditioner a while back and it just irritated her skin moreover

I don't like Dreft much, myself. What about All Free and Clear? Definitely cheaper!

it is not cheap...but I use Ivory snow. I find it is the only detergent that doesn't irritate my daughter skin. I buy cheap no name detergent for myself and my husbands clothes...so the bottle of Ivory is only to be used for my daughters clothes so I don't go through the bottle very quickly. Also you really dont need as much detergent as the bottle says...i think they say "fill to line 2" so you go through it quickly...i use about half the amount suggested and her clothes always come out clean.
