Baby Food Mill recommendations?

The daughter of a friend of mine is pregnant. For a shower gift, I was thinking about getting her a grinder to make her own baby food. I know Target carries some, as does Amazon, but the prices vary wildly. Can any one recommend one brand or type over another?

She's got a blender, I"m pretty sure - I'm looking at the little hand-crank portable things for at-the-table use

i agree with corena - i use a magic bullet as well....and then it's great for making smoothies for yourself, grinding coffee beans, making chicken salad...all kinds of things....i got mine at walmart and i think i paid 50 (cdn) for it...also the t-fal mini chopper is good too (also from walmart). not sure of the price on that one but i'm sure it's cheaper as it doesn't come with as many things

Corena: Tell me more about the Magic Bullet - how much did it cost, and where did you get it? what else do you use it for?

I got a Magic Bullet and it was fantastic! And it is not a uni-tasker. I still use it every day, just not for baby food.
