Does anyone have suggestions for good socks that will stay on my son's feet for more than 3 seconds? We liked the Trumpette ones, but they one come in one size and after getting washed a few times, were too small.

Carter's bubble cuff socks are the only ones that will stay on my son's feet!

I had the same problem... until I bought a packet of infant socks (size 0-3mos) at OLD NAVY. They're thick so they keep little toes warm, and I haven't had a problem with them falling off... plus, they are very reasonably priced... bonus!

I love Baby Gap knee highs. They aren't too thick, so they are good even in the summer. They don't fall off my son ever.

Yes!!! I have a suggestion! ;) Hi Jamie, as a mom of 4 young daughters, I completely understand the frustration of baby socks that don't stay on. It’s why I developed Rock-a-Thigh Baby socks. These are Made in the USA, thigh-length socks (like legwarmers with feet), which I've designed to stay up on and -- and they do! In fact, just 15 hours ago a customer posted this to our Facebook page: I'm so impressed with these socks. I bought 4 pairs HOPING they would stay put on my 1 year olds feet. She constantly pulls socks off and then her poor feet freeze. This is the first pair of socks that she can't take off!! She tried (very hard) to pull them off and gave up once she realized they weren't moving. THANK YOU Rock-a-Thigh Baby! My little ones feet are going to stay warm and toasty this California "winter."

I hope you check us out! ~Jen, owner/designer of Rock-a-Thigh Baby http://www.RTBsocks.com

Check out Star Socks. They were designed by a mom with the same complaint. You can get them on the Facebook page ... Www.Facebook.com/starsocksllc. There are tons of great reviews and they are the best socks I have found!

Carter's socks (purchased at BRU and Target) that fold over have stayed on my squirmy 4 month old, and they make it through the wash just fine. They come in every size and color as well.

I have great luck with the infant socks sold at Kohl's..not sure of the name, but the inside band folds over, but there is a little more elastic at the fold over, so they stay on through lots of kicking, and they dont shrink...

Thanks to all of you for your responses...I tried a lot and some did work better than others, but what I finally did was get some ministar shoes- they are really cute and keep his feet warm and covered!

I have to recommend Robeez. I have an 8 year old daughter and I remember spending so much time dealing with the sock issue. I got my son a pair of Robeez when he was born and they are great. He can't get them off so the socks stay on. He's 8 months now and he still wears them. I especially like them because he goes to daycare. My daughter would always end up missing socks because she would take them off and they wouldn't remember who they belonged to. Robeez are a little pricey but worth every penny in the long run.

They have a brand at Kmart- they come in packs of 2 and are made with a very fuzzy yarn. They work very well.

i have hanes socks and they fall off costantly but the old navy ones stay on much better

I just bought regular crew socks and folded them over for my little boy or I'd put his little booties or slippers on and those would keep them in place.
