I had a baby 4 months ago and i've lost almost all the weight but my skin is hanging down and basically overlapping my crotch. It really embarrasses me because i can see people staring at it. Are there any special excercises or anything? I've heard about surgery-but I don't think I could afford it. Any ideas on what i can do?

Well Congrats on losing most of the weight (I am still struggling with it)

I'm not sure about exercises that would help but if you are feeling self conscience buy Spanx for under ypur clothes. It works miracles!!

Unfortunately excess skin is part of being a Mummy! I hate mine too, I call it my Mummy pocket! I have a few bands from Target in different colours, used a trainer for a couple of years, and have decided only surgery will completely get rid of it. I would love more babies though, so for now, will hide it, and face it again in a few years :P

You could also buy one of those pregnant belly bands to use, its like spandex. It's only $15.99 at Target

Surgery can be expensive and no point if you plan to ever have more kids, just buy some thing that you put under you're clothes that sucks ur belly in,
Its actualy takes 18-24months for your skin to go back to normal, so dw most NORMAL people struggle with it, Those girls you see that look like they have never been pregnant are just geniticaly lucky and there is no real trick besides, excersize, healthy eating, waiting, and cheating buy using stomich sucking in things under clothing, after youre done with kids if its still like that then consider surgery.
my belly sags a bit when i sit... and pisses me off, ive lost 10kg's so far, trying to lose an extra 5kg... its so hard!

Thank you for telling me about that! I had never even thought about that-it would definately cost less than a surgery lol. Where could I get one?
