I have a 9month old daughter. I starting going to gym when she was 1 and a half months old. When she was 3months my mum moved to a different state, so i now don't have a sitter and money is tight ect... So stopped gym. Ive lost 10kg so far... i was 68kg after she was born, now im up and down between 57-58kg i want to get down to my healthy weight at 52kg (im only a small build and only 5ft 4) Losinig weight was easy up till now, ive just come to a stand still... Its hard to find the time, between being a full time mum and keeping a clean house and then working 3nights a week, my sleep is limited, and so is my time, though whenever i can i do things like squats, lunges, crunches,light weights, walking and many more body tonning excersizes, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference, as well as eating a normal rather healthy diet... Any tips on what moves work best for you? remember, i don't have money fro gym equiptment or to join a gym, i even use my daughter as weights though its fun for her she loves it (great play time!)
any sudjestions to lose those last couple of annoying kg's?
