Awesome Stories to the above !! Shot Ladie's...No Man Can eva feel that experience we do..



I Have two lovely boys..Both came into the world on 22/04/2008 & 22/04/2010...They Both wer unplanned homebirths and they both came two weeks early and both put me through two hours of labour.



My first birth was an experience, He was the right size to how many weeks i was, i had two shows with him the night before i had him & my water broke like normal in my Bathroom, Straight after that i needed to push & Midwife turns up while i was tryna breathe and not push because this being my first baby it was quite hard not knowing what to expect when your midwife is not answering her calls..& You dont know wat to do..lol But yes Midwife finally arrived its funny to because she only lived up the road & so did my mum but yet as soon as my water broke my partner rang my mother straight away freaking out of course lol and she came down straight away and midwife didnt...Midwife took nearly 30minutes to arrive. Once she got there she told me to lay on the bed because my rooms right by the bathroom and she quickly examined me & i was 10cm dialated babys head was right there and he was ready to come weather or not anyone else was and that was it basically he was 8pound six & he arrived at 2.54am. I didnt have to go hospital and i didnt have anything organised because he was early and i only got four stitches two internal and two out because my boy had his arm on his shoulder which caused a lil tear..



My Other darlinqq was quite difficult, My scans wer coming up to him being bigger than normal..Scans wer showing he was 36 weeks and i was only 34 weeks he was growing two weeks ahead of his time and it wasnt diabete's...when i was 38 weeks he was scanning up & messuring at 40 weeks..Doctor was going to give me till the following thursday and if nothing happened in that time he was going to induce me..But unfortunely having no show or my water breaking i got labour pains about 5.15am (Just Lower Back Pains every 15minz then i had woke my mother up about 6.30 because it wasnt going away and i was positive these wer the pains i had gotten with my son..Mum had got up slowly still tryna wake up walking to the sitting room which my son was asleep in there too..Mum started rubbing my back when i started getting pains then my contractions became 3minz apart for 30secs and at that point i started getting stomach cramps aswell as back pains all in one in the last 30min but my water hadnt broken yet and thats what we wer waiting for before we decided to call midwife. I Felt like i had to push and mum was telling me to just breathe and not to push,so as mum went to the phone in the hall way Leaving me in the sitting room. She rang up midwife (With midwife's here you have to ring their call centre & they page them for you), then they ring you to see watsup? In that time she was tryna ring for the Midwife i felt like pushing and Mom told me to get of the couch and go to the toilet coz she didnt want her couch getting wet lol. Cause she thought it was just my water going to break, As i stood up to walk towards the toilet i just felt like pushing something out thinking my water has to break before baby comes out anyways pulled my pants off and pushed twice but the last push was like heaven and then this urge to push just disappeared just assuming it was water but as i went to carry on towards the toilet/bathroom to get a towel. My mum looked into wea i was and told me to stop & there was my lil darlinqq on the floor...My Lil sister had woken up & My mother was freaking out & She Got a sheet and ran over and picked up baby & yelled out to my sister to ring the ambulance. The ambulance had told them to get a peg and clip babies cord. Because it had snapped for some reason, I had to go into the bathroom and lay on the floor until ambulance came...Midwife finally rang as i was on the ground lol so she was abit to late for that...Baby was algood no brusing or nething and he weighed 8pound five arriving in this world at 7.12am. I went to the hospital because they wanted to check baby out and midwife ended up meeting me there so she could examine me to see if i had teared or anything but everything was good i just gotta graze. Me & baby had to stay in hospital for the night becoz his tempature was low but as boring as the hospitals are i was happy to not stay in there longer than a day....I had gas after giving birth to my son because those after pains are quite painful and my back was still hurting like my labour pains before i had baby lol but on the way to the hospital my placenta ended up coming out pretty fast. Which took away that back pain...Yep No regretz....All worth it and i do want more babies hehehe

my son(firstborn) was a nightmare but my daughter was a breeze. we decided to induce labor with my daughter because my son was 9 lbs 8 oz. so we set a date and they called me in to the hospital at 8:30. we loaded up and we arrived at the hospital at 9 a.m. they finally got my pitocin started at 10:15 and about 11:30 i was starting to get really uncomfortable so i asked for my epidural(my 2 year old son was in the room through the whole thing) i didn't want him seeing me in pain. i got my first epi and that one didn't take just my legs were numb. i couldn't even move them. so i got my second epi around 3 and we were finished by 3:30.just as we got done with the second epi i started feeling a lot of pressure so i told the nurse and she checked me and i was 10 cm. so i started pushing about 3:45 and my doctor came in and told me to stop pushing and i told her i wasn't pushing and she said well she's coming so she hurried and got ready and my daughter came into this world at 4:02 p.m. weighing 7 lbs 12 oz. with my son i pushed for 4 hours and we had to use forceps:( my second labor was a breeze:)

I was induced with my first son at 36 wks cuz he wasnt growing right.I had an epidural and I did not feel a thing, in fact they had to tell me when I was contracting to be able to push. Now This last one was also induced but at 39 wks cuz I was so uncomfortable. I was given cervadil wich ended up causing very strong contractions. Then it was onto the pitocin witch they stopped quicly cuz of the strong contractions. I got my epidural only this time around it did not take.I was a miserable wreck! I did not want to feel any pains and I kept on saying how I couldnt push him out. It was the worst pain ever that I was that one girl you always here screaming down the hallway.I did not want to be that one girl but damn,you all know what I mean.Anyways I think I have a close bond with my little Embry because I went through so much for him.

my son came 6 days overdue , my water broke when i was sleeping , i didnt go to the hospital right away i waited 3 hours or so , went there i was only 1 cm dialated ! went to go eat a kfc my contractions were real painful went back to the hospital , they checked me i was only 2 cm ! thats when i started getting mad haha ! they gave me my own room i went in the shower on the birthing ball jumping up and down for hours then i needa to go pee so i went and seen blood my cousin said i was ready to push , so i asked the nurse to check me and she said "oh no you cant go that fast "but she ended up checking me i was 8 cm , they wanted me to push at 8 cuz his heart beat was dropping from the cord wrapped around his neck ! so i pushed for half hour then there was my 7 lbs 9 oz , 21 and a half inches long baby boy ! i was totally worth the 8 hours of labour ..had no medication not even gas ! i had 12 stiches inside and 12 outside ! the most amazing thing is i never felt anything after i had him , i forgot about the pain !

My eldest was delivered via emergency caesarean. He was 3 months early. The blood flow from the umbilical cord was blocked so he was starving. I had randomly started bleeding thats how the doctors picked up on it. otherwise he would have been a still born. He was born on the only friday 13th of that year 13/06/2008, they said he would have needed a breathing machine and everything but he didnt he was very lucky
My 2nd baby was a planned c section. Picked my date, 22/06/2010.woke up at 5am. Had minor labour pains, id never experienced them with my 1st child so i didnt know what was going on. Decided to get up and get ready for the hospital as i had to be ready for my c section at 8am. Got prep'd for surgery, The nurses not really taking into account i was in labour. Got taken down to theatre, Was literally waiting outside the doors ready to be rolled into surgery and i wanted to push!! Then my waters broke ! and they rolled me into another operating room. The didnt wanna give me a epidural cause i wouldnt stay still. ended up rolling my bed back upstairs. Didnt have time to give me drugs as they werent prepared, had my son at 10am!!! they were all sooo shocked cause my "1st labour" was less than 5hours !

i was sent home at 8.45 pm at 5 cm dilated and told to come back at 9am the next day. i was in so much pain. i ran at 3am saying the baby was coming and they simply said we have no room for you. come at at 9. i rang again and 6.55 because she was pushing to get out and they said ull be doin that for a while yet and said see u at 9. i had her on my bed at 7.01am
i went to hospital via ambulance. when i got there they left us sitting in a room for three hours. it wasnt until someone said i was losing colour that a code blue was raised. i was haemoroaging. i cant remember much. i lost over 2.5litres of blood. my daughter had low sugar and it wasnt picked up til the night and she spent a week in scn. i haemorraged again.

My son Rylan was born 2 weeks early and came so fast!!! I woke up at 5am to my broken water, and started having contractions immediately after. I waited wayyyyy to long to go to the birthing center, and nearly had him in the car!!! The whole time we were on the way there I was literally holding him in, because I had such a strong urge to push. I was in hard labor on the highway! Notttt good. But we arived at the birthing center at 7:00 pm, I was of course dialated to a ten and got straight in the tub, where Rylan was born just 12 minutes later!!! I was not even at the center for 15 minutes and he was here! Cut it very close! I had him all natural, no drugs, at the birthing center in the bathtub! Very amazing. He was super healthy! He was not once taken from my arms after birth,we waitied to cut the umbilical cord for 15 minutes to let him receive more oxygen and let the cord quit pulsating, and I got to go home 4 hours after! Best day of my life:)

I was induced b/c he was just too comfortable in my belly and was over 2 weeks! So when I was 42 weeks and 1 day I was induced- nothing happened. I wasnt even in labour or contracting so later that night they gave me a double dose and that really got things moving! It was so painful and my contractions were 20-30 seconds apart. The midwife would not believe that I was in labour but when she realized it was too late b/c my water broke and I was too far ahead to get an epidural! He came in 10 mins after 3 hours of labour! It wasnt that bad going natural and i would do it again and again minus the pitocin since it made my contractions 10 times worse. Anyways I gave birth to a super healthy(apgar was a 10) 8 pound baby boy and he could life his head a birth.AMAZZINNG!

I was induced with my second son, because I was showing some of the secondary signs of preclampsia (the same way I did with my first). The morning I was supposed to be induced, the OB dept was too full and they sent me home. When the doctor came in, she asked them to call in more nurses and they got me in later that morning. They opted to just use pitocin this time. I decided not to get an epidural because my first labor was so pain free. I started to feel contractions at about 2 pm, but they were very manageable. At 3 pm, my 2 year old had an allergic reaction at daycare and they called my husband to pick him up. My husband couldn't get a hold of his aunt (who was going to watch our son that night), so he had to leave and take him to the doctor. He got back in plenty of time, but he was pretty stressed out. At about 5 pm, the contractions really picked up and were pretty painful. The nurse did a great job of talking me through them. At one point I considered having an epideral, but while thinking about that, I wasn't able to concentrate on getting through the pain. Once I fully decided not to get an epidural, I was more focused and things progressed quickly after that. I began dialating a cm after each contraction and the nurses had to put together the birthing bed after each contraction. I only pushed about 4 times and my son was born. It felt very primal and very different from my first delivery. I had a very healthy 8 lb, 6 oz baby boy.

With my first son, I developed pre-eclaspsia which was undiagnosed (because I didn't have any of the typical symptoms) until I had a terrible chest pain. The doctor gave me an option of inducing or c-section and I chose induction. They gave my cervidel and pitocin. I slept beautifully that night. The next morning the doctor checked me and said that I hadn't gone into labor and gave till 3 pm to go into labor. She left and about a half hour later my water broke. The nurse checked me and I was fully dialated. I pushed for about an hour and a half and had a beautiful baby boy. I didn't feel a single contraction and was on no pain medication. The nurse had to tell me when to push by looking at the monitor. I thought, wow-if this is labor, I need to have lots of babies. My second son wasn't quite so pain free.

My son was born at a big learning hospital... i went in about 6 hours after they twirled my membrane, i was having a lot of back labor and they really pushed getting an epidural so i reluctantly did and wished from the moment they put it in that i wouldnt have... after the epidural my labor slowed and they broke my water another 4 hours later they put me on patocin and after 18 hours of labor and 2 hours of pushing i finally had my son cameron who came home 24 hours later
My daughter was born at a much smaller hospital... i did it with out any drugs the labor was 8 hours and durning to help with pain i sat in a jacuzzi tub and on a birthing ball my husband all rubbed my back, i had her in 8 pushes and the labor & delivery part for her was much easier on me but Sophie was early and stayed in the NICU for 12 days and it was the worst 12 days of my life
I didnt have any just what i wanted experience but I do have two great kids

i had my son emergency c-section. they had given me potassium to start my labor because it was 4 am and they said that if i went home id be back that night. so after breaking my water i dont remember much. they gave me something for the pain and then an epidural. about 18 hours into labor my temp and gone up to 108 degrees and my sons heart rate went up to 240. within an hour they had him out. i was passed out the entire time. i never go to see him right after or anything. i saw in a few hours later in the recovery room. the had my on oxygen for days and my son was on antibiotics for almost 3 days because he could've gotten an infection from the stress i guess. but he was a healthy weight( 9lbs 2 ounces, 20 1/2 inches long) and i was happy. hes now almost 9 months old and is doing great
