My 3mnth old has not pooped in two days and im tryn to find solutions.. He tries to push but he still cannot go... Help!!!!

Are you breast feeding? If so foods such as cabbage would be something for you to eat, it will then pass throughyour breast milk and will sure help your baby pooh, 3 days is a long time for a 3 month old, have you consulted with your doctor?
