i have a 4 month old baby girl who is congested. & im wondering what can I do to make her runny nose go away.i previously used the bulb syringe iand its not completely helping. any suggestions? please help.

thank you sooooo much you nikki and karen.

another thing i found helpful was rubbing vics on her feet and put her socks over it. :) but thank you again.

i agree with nikki - humidifier in her room and vick baby vapor rub on her chest (also johnson's vapor bubble bath is great too). saline drops will also help clear her out and prop one end of her bed up as well - i found it to be very helpful when my little one was congested. good luck!

Hi Reeka, I would suggest getting a vaporiser for their room and add a little vicks to it, also I use Vicks baby balsam on my daughters chest if she congested, and stand in the bathroom with a hot shower going and keep her in in the steam can help to clear it up. I use the saline, however I never found the bulb to work, sounds gross but I suck it out, it's the only thing that I have found to work really well, and you will able to tell when their nose is clear enough to breathe properly. Good luck hope she is better soon :)
