Please help my little boy is constipated and i dont know how to help him....he is getting very upset and screams alot when he is trying to poo and sometimes he is pushing so hard that his formula comes back up!

It could be her body is going through a phase.. My daughter did the same thing.. She went about two weeks of being constipated.. I took her to the dr about 4 or 5 times cause she looked and acted soooo miserable. My doctor told me to stimulate her butt will your child is in a warm bath, or take a thermonator (sp) and stimulate it that way. I was also told to try prune juice. One dr told me to try apple juice but that didn't work. Talk to your Ped and see what they say.. Its sometimes always best to talk to your dr on things like this because you never know. Every baby is different. what happen with my daughter could be totally different then your son as well as any other mother on here..

How old is your baby? My daughter used to get constipated from 7 months old. I used to put a bit of prune juice in her formula and it helped her a lot. Now that she's bigger i just give her fresh orange juice and that works very well.
