The best solution is Selson Blue; since there is no baby version, just use a small amount. No need to use the baby shampoo in addition to the SB. This is not nearly as messy as the below suggestions of oil, etc. Our pediatrician suggested SB and it works great.

My daughter had cradle cap and all i did to get rid of it was use a comb or brush before her bath then use baby oil after. I would reapply oil before bed and put a hat on. She hasn't had an issue since i've been doing this.

I used special baby cradle cap shampoo with my oldest daughter and it worked almost instantly but with my youngest it isn't really working so during the day I put a little vasaline on her head and comb it through

I used pure Olive oil on my son...then a good comb/brush through and a shampoo specially designed to keep it gone.

I was told by my doctor to use head and shoulders every other day. I noticed that the flakes were no falling off his head so I used a brush to remove them. There is also a shampoo at walmart that has a disney logo on it, It says that it is for cradle cap

There is stuff at stores ferr Cradle Cap. Buy stuff ferr it and just use a comb and a wet washcloth. I did that and my son hasn't had cradle cap since.

a good natural thing to use is a little olive oil on their head and use brush to scrape off dead skin. I am using this with my daughter and it is working well
