Just wanted to remind everyone how important it is to do your Kegals exercises, especially after giving birth. But it is never to late to start! Get your vaginas in shape ladies!

Well, it kind of feels like you are tightening your anus. You essentially squeaze your vagina and anus muscles. If you are going pee, you can try to stop the flow mid stream to locate the muscles and know what to target. Don't do that too often because apparently it can give you a uti, but it would be a way for you to know what to do. You want to do as many kegals per day (I am up to 50, going for 100) and you hold them for a few seconds at a time. I used to be able to hold them for 10 seconds at a time, but now can only do 5 secs.
