My daughter is 5 weeks. My lochia was light and yellow, now it's been slightly more and red. I've also been irritable and crampy. I'm pretty sure this is my period. I know they say no tampons when you have your lochia, but what about your first period if it comes this soon?

Mine came back at 5 weeks also. I just used pads. They are a pain but im pretty sure until you go to your 6 week checkup your not allowed to use anything else.....
