We use the generic version of Enfamil and if you compare the labels, they are the same. My son is eatting and growing just fine! It is half the price of the origninal formula which is great!!

Absolutely...I have used the walmart knock off for all 4 of my children and they all did fine. They are not only cheaper but they last longer because the packages are bigger.

My doctor said it was fine! We have used it and have had no problems, it is exactly the same thing! Often, they are even made in the same place, just labeled differently.

Two differences in Target vs. Enfamil: 1 gram extra of water per 5 ounces of formula in Target (which is probably good for them to poop easier!) and the second difference is Target's price (not on sale) is 11.89 compared to 24.99-25.99/can! You do the math! My son is 3.5 months and is doing GREAT!!! on it! I didn't know any better with my daughter and she was an Enfamil baby! The doctors will tell you that there are no differences and their right! -- They all have to pass FDA regulations so it's up to you if you want to spend twice as much!

ive used the target and walmart brands when i was low on cash and i didnt notice any diff in the formula.. only that the store brands of course lasted longer cause they had more in em. i have heard the fda regulates baby formula so they cant go too far away from the recipe otherwise it wont be the fomula they claim it to be.

Yes it is but the generic brand is what you want to pay attention to. I say this cuz we used similac advanced formula but it was so $$$ that I saw Target had an off brand that said it was the same and she did so well on it. Then one day I sent the hubby out with what we use and he got a Wal-Mart brand that was a knock off of Enfamil and our lil one was so gassy it was bad. If you are on formula try and sick with the same knock off line. If you are making the move from BFeeding to formula then test them out and see what works for your lil one.
Our Dr. was the one who said it try the knock off stuff it is the same and works great!!! Good luck
