hi, yes i have. Ihave taken the basic principles from it, feed, play, sleep routine and it has worked well.Its helped with sleep training and my bub is 3 months now and has been sleeping most nights 5- 9 hours now since about 2 months . Im am also reading the Baby Whisperer which helps us listen to the needs of our baby too. I found when baby is on the feed play sleep routine its much easier to know why they are crying and what they need and gets them sleeping at night better.
