hi my 14 month old refuses to eat hardly anything just picks, his lost half a klo in 3 days i have tried everything, has anyone else gorn through this

his also on formula still iv tried cutting his bottles down but it doesn't help he still wont eat, iv also tried to give him normal milk now but he spits it out :( any suggestions on getting him off the formula

thank you amy i will try that before meals, he is teething abit but no sickness, when he was on baby food he was a good eater now he will just pick n wont actually eat a meal,



lise, i weighed him on my wii fit so i keep his weight reccords on their, do u think their acurate?

Have you tried a snack plate? Is he teething? Sick? Any big changes recently? Will he drink?

First of all did you weigh him on the same scale, were the conditions the same meaning dressed vs undressed, shoes vs barefoot, was he holding onto something?



My next question is, is this new or has he always been picky? If its new it's possible he's teething, you can try giving him some Tylenol 30 minutes before feeding to see if it helps. Other than not eating does he have anything else going on fever or cold which could cause him to lose weight? If this is new and it's not better within a couple days I would take him to his doctor just to rule out anything medical. My daughter lost weight once over a months time but she was sick and teething so wasn't eating, it may have happened since but I don't weigh her on a regular basis.
