I love Catherine's suggestions!! :) Too cute! (At least the first 3, the 4th one is funny!)

You could also get a pink blanket and draw a supergirl emblem on the middle, diaper pin it to a sleeper and she's supergirl (same Idea with different colors for batwoman)
You could cut down an old sheet and make her a "ghost" costume (really easy, cut a head hole!)
You could make a cotton "tail" (glue a bunch of cotton balls together on a white bodysuit/sleeper) and add some pipe-cleaner "ears" (outlines) to a baby headband and she's a bunny.
There's lots of neat ideas. :) McCalls online has some nice ones. (they do sell sewing patterns, but you can imagine how to make stuff with alternative materials) Good luck!

I have a few ideas, depending on what you already have.

1. If you have a red shirt/outfit, you could make some black spots and make her a ladybug.
2. If you have a yellow shirt/onesie, you could put black stripes on it and make her a bee (black electrical tape works well for this).
3. You could buy some smarties candy and tape them to her pants and she could be a "smarty pants"
4. You could dress her in her regular clothes and write "nudist on strike" on her shirt (probably not really appropriate, but funny)
