My daughter tugged or batted at her ears when she was teething.

My daughter had ear infections every couple weeks before she got tubes, she didn't always have a fever with them. I would take her to the doctor. It could just be at the beginning stage of an infection. If there give her an antibiotic be prepared for diaper rash. Corona works best

my daughter tugged on her ears and never had a fever and she always ended up having an ear infection. She is now on her second set of tubes.

It can vary. Sometimes, it's an ear infection, teething and sometimes just plain comfort. If it seems to be bothering her, then you should take her to the doctor.

it can be a sign of tiredness, or an ear infection, or teething...or she may just like playing with her ears! if she is all grumpy then it is probably on eof the above, but is she is all hapy and smiles then she might just like her ears.

could be teething, that can be a symptom. If the redness isn't caused from her tugging them, then I'd probably get her checked at the dr just incase of an ear infection.
