I have to go out of town this weekend without my 3 month old. What's the best way to keep my milk supply up? Will I dry up if I don't bring my pump along?Any suggestions would be helpful.

I had to go away over night and just over night, I had to bring my pump. I only pumped twice a day just to keep it going.

don't forget to pump you need to keep you supply up. I started pumping and only slowly stopped feeding and pumping and in no time my milk was gone and he had to go on formula. And before that i had an excellent supply from day one if breastfeeding is important to you pump and pump regularly every 2-3 hours

Yes...take your pump. Your milk supply will decrease if you don't pump. You don't have to save the milk...just dump it.

Hey there, i think you should bring your pump with you cause yes you can dry up it all comes back to the demand and supply thing... hope this helps as much as a pain in the butt it is to pump. xx
