i breastfeed my little girl, i have also changed my diet to include more veggies of dark colors, i have cut down on the amount of sugar i take in , i drink water instead of juice, and i have switched from whole wheat to whole grain bread, these changes have helped with the bloating which has been a probalm since giving birth, i also walk with my girls, and i do some yoga, and strength exercises to help tone back up .

just walk you use more weight walking then any other from of exercise, ive had six and am pregant again it really works just to walk ,, and eat healthy stay away friom fast food, remeber it wont happen over night but it will happen

breastfeeding naturally works out the stomach muscles, GREAT way to help lose weight.
a nice healthy diet, with TONS of healthy greens is always good.
take your little one for walks and/or jogs everyday. start doing mom + baby pilates? or even yoga?
so many things you can do, so easily, right from your own living room, that involve your baby for extra bonding.
