Hello and thanks for your question...If money is an issue, you can look for a Doula that is still in training and looking for birthing experience..These doula's have had all the book training they need and are qualified to attend births they just need the clinical hours so to speak....What area are you in?..Doula match .net is a good resource to find a Doula in your area....

i  would love to have a doula  but  they cost to much money  and  i  can not  aford one what  can i do
