I had a c-section with my first and Im having another one 14 months later. My dr advised me to have another c-section just because they are so close. So I think that if you dont mind having another c-section then go for it. If you want to try vbac then I would wait for your uterus to heal some more. Talk with your dr too, she will have more information and can help with this decision.

My OB told me the ideal was to wait at least 18 months between pregnancies, especially if you want to try to VBAC for your next baby. However, he did say that you can get pregnant before that, it just means you'll most likely end up with another c-section.

i tried for another baby that soon and it took me 2 years to get pregnant. I'm not positive but i think you may be in the clear, you really should talk to yur doctor first though

I had my son 19 months and 3 days after having my daughter, so you'll have an even bigger gap than I did. Surprisingly, my second c section went so much better than my first, recovery wise.
