Lack of sex

My husband says he feels that we are no longer affectionate with each other any more. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old both boys. He wants us to make love all the time, whenever I kiss him or hug him we end up having sex and i don't like. I want us to sleep without me feeling pressured to have sex. Please share your comments this has really put a strain to our relationship.
