Loose stools & diaper rash

See if your chemist sells nappy rash paste (that is actually the name on the container). It is a very thick paste that completely protects the skin and the rash heals really fast. It wont fix her loose poo but at least it will help her bottom until you get to the doctor.

My daughter has sensitive skin and suffers from ecsma, so she got nappy rash very easily. I found the best bet was to leave her bare as often as you can, change her as often as you can, and use a barrier cream which is also a healing antiseptic cream (in England we have Sudacreme, but there should be something that does the same job in America) It will heal and wont leave lasting marks. The docotors should be able to give you something stornger to use when you get to see him/her, or might just say that barrier antiseptic cream is the best bet! Good luck, and remember it doesn't last!

My son had the same thing It ended up being yeast infection from the acidity in the poop It was soo awful and he was just a few weeks then I thought it was just a regular diaper rash But it wasnt You can try using the anti fungal creams like monistat or coneston But you may need the heavy duty anti fungal like I did and you can only get that with a prescription and DO NOT use wipes With the alcohol in them OUCH! It really only makes it worse Use warm cloths and as soon as you smell poop remove it You might want to give it some air aswell Good luck I feel for your baby girl I feel for you It was sooo awful

Apparently thrush causes nasty diaper rash & weird poos and needs to be treated with anti-fungal cream- sometimes they start with it in their mouth.
I use sorbelene cream on my son and have never had a problem- it is the base ingredient to all lotions, potions and creams but without all the additives. I do not use diaper/baby wipes unless we are out and I am desperate. Also I do not use anything to clean him unless is is a poo.

you can try CORNSTARCH for the rash.. I am not sure if your little one is on solids. If she is you can feed her Bananas they work awsome with my kids.. Other then that i am not real sure.. If it were not to get better and you feel she needs to be seen take he in the the ER and have it checked out.. But she maybe cutting teeth which can bring on loose stools.. Hope this is helpful and take care best wish to you and your family...
Is she having a temp or any others effects besides the loose stools
