Meal Plan for 9-month old

Hi, ive just started to wean my 6month old daughter (over the past month), & i have been using 'Annabel Karmels complete baby & toddler meal planner' which i have found to be a god send, as she's my first baby, so i was a bit confused as to what foods to try first and quantities etc to give. I recommend this book to any new mum, as its full of age appropriate recipes, lots of info on allergies, balancing healthy nutrition, and also very helpful 'meal planners'. If not, she also has a web site with lots of helpful info & recipes etc. But i suppose the best thing to do, is try to give your daughter lots of 'variety' throughout the week (apparently 'daily' isn't so important, its what they eat over a period of time that matters) i.e try to include a variety of fruit, veg, meat, dairy and carbohydrates (bread, cereal, rice & pasta) on a regular basis.

Just as a sample here is my sons eating in a day:
8am-breakfast either mashed fruit n cereal or porridge n fruit about a 170gm jar size
9.30am-snack of cheese or banana
lunchtime-bits n pieces of steamed veg (potato, sweet potato,pumpkin) that he can eat himself with some steamed chicken that is soft enogh to gum or some tuna and then some grapes or banana
about 3pm- formula and then a yoghurt or some cheese and bikkies
5pm-dinner-usually a sit down dinner of forked veg and meat of some kind with a custard for dessert
6.30pm-formula then bed at 7pm
hope this helps!! he also tries a bit of what i am eating thru the day if it is edible for him.
