Ok... I am so tired I can't hardly type this but I will try and make sense. My 14 month old son has slept through the night once since May. He doesn't actually wake up but he cries out and often cries long every single night. I don't know what to do. He sleeps with us and there is mutiple problems with that. Can anybody give me some advice? I am thinking of going to the Dr and see if they can get us into a sleep clinic.

I would suggest having him sleep in his own room. I remember when my son was a newborn and he slept in our same room (not in same bed) it was hard for me to sleep because of all the noises he would make during the night. When I put him in his own room we both slept sooooo well (that was the first night he slept straight through the night). If your son is a light sleeper he might be waking to different noises or movements that you and your husband make during the night.

My 14 month old has slept through the night maybe 3 times in his little life. I am exhausted all the time (especially since I also have a 3 year old). The last few nights have been good (only woke up once, usually it's 2-3 times). I blame myself for breastfeeding him to sleep - for naps as well. I'm trying the No-Cry-Sleep-Solution and have has results though it's a long process. Are you BFing?
