Please help my daughter is 8 months old & she still wakes during the night. She shares a room with my son who is 3 because we only live in a 2 bed apartment. So when my daughter cries at 5am I jump up to her so that she won't wake my son & also the only thing that stops her from crying is a feed. She has no routine at all because she wakes at all different times during the night so her day feeds are all over the place. Iam desperate for a nights sleep & I've lost my confidence in being a good mom because she always seems to be un happy. Please help.x

Well, first of all, don't beat yourself up. She is used to being fed on demand still. Which is totally normal. My daughters NEVER slept through the night. Do you bottle or BF?
