My four month old snores loud and breaths noisilly during the day as well, my doctor says is something not quite tightened up yet in her nasal cavity but she has been like this since 1 month old, when will it tighten up. I feel it disturbs her sleep.

I thought that around month one yet month four seems long to be getting gunk out of system. Her system works like it should, I have used the suction with saline and nothing. My biggest concern with it is that she does not sleep well when she is snoring I am up all night putting her back to sleep. During the day, I do my best to put her on her side in her bouncy chair when she sleeps because it stops her snoring. Because of the restless sleep she is cranky when I manage to help her sleep great solid snorless sleep she is smiley and able to be left with her toys and not carried around the house being consoled.

My daughters both "snored." I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. Remember they may still be getting the gunk out from birth too.
