My daughter had her 4 month old shots on Monday. It's now Wednesday and she's still very fussy and overtired. She just seems to be getting worse. I've given her tylenol to help with her sore legs. How long did your baby feel 'under the weather' for after their shots?

My son got his 4 month shots last Friday. He was fussy all weekend and we didn't notice a difference until Monday morning. Hope your little one feels better soon!!!

My son got his 2 month shots on Monday also and is having the same reaction. His pediatrician told me not to worry unless we get Friday and he's still acting that way.

THANKS everyone for all the advice and reassurance. Her fever got up to 103.2 when I took her to the clinic and from there to the hospital. But fortunately shortly after we got there her fever broke and started to come down. She's doing good now, still sort of fussy but way better compared to how she was. What a scary ordeal!

well i know this is not for everyone but i have decided no against alll shots the only one my lil one has recieved is the vit k at birth..... there are reasons to believe that needles have something to do with sids (sudden infant death syndrome). however i do not beleive that everyone should just say no to needles without the proper informantion there are other things that may need to be alted to protect your child like diet etc...... but i see it as im not going to injectmy child with a virus it is very risky.....

My two month old just had 3 shots. It took him about five days until he was back to normal.

My daughter is 7 months old so I've been through 3 sets of shoots. She really only was fussy for the last one. I also gave her tylenol for a couple of days and put cool wash cothes where they got the shoots that will help if its feeling a little hot and ichy to them. That helped a lot for my daughter. Mostly you just have to stick with it. Give her a bath everynight I little cooler then you would normally do. Other then that just keep doing what you are doing and she should be better very soon. I hope this helps
