You can put vasaline on her chin and neck to help the moisture from drooling causing a rash. Also, I put cornstarch in the folds of my babies neck so she won't get a rash there and that works pretty well.

Hi there! I found with both my kids that this problem would occur at times. When it's hot, if they get milk or in my toddlers case juice sometimes would spill and cause little bumps but I find the best solution for anything like that is to clean the area with a warm cloth, dry it good and then use good ole' Vaseline. I love that stuff it's great because after the area is clean and dry the Vaseline protects that area from anything that might drip onto it. The skin is very protected.

Just try your best to keep the area dry. That would probably help when I put my sun in his carseat and stuff I put a recieving blanket behind his neck they breath and absorb any sweat the other ideas were all great.

Hey Jasmine. Both my daughters got them. if it's the same thing, they got it from drooling and if they were too warm. they were both born in the winter time so undressing them too much was not an option. but i did try to keep them in long-sleeve onsies when at home and keep them dry. i will usually would wipe their necks and chest with a warm washcloth and pat dry then put a little corn starch or diaper cream on it a couple times a day when it was bad. (my girls were chubby babies and they were beginning to get red from their little chins rubbing so i took that extra precaution) it seemed to come and go. and never bothered them.

If it's hot where you are, it probably is heat rash and is no big deal. Try and keep her cool and they should go away within a day. If it's from her drool, use lots of bibs (keeping a dry one on all the time).
