my son tyler wont give me a break he 9 mouths wont let me do anything when i still him down all he do is cry then smile when i get him anyone can help

He's just experiencing separation anxiety, I would read up on it, it's a common phase that all babies go through. If you have to leave the room do it for very short periods of time and say I'll be back in x minutes, then make sure you are back in that time frame. Play peek a boo with him too it will help him understand that just because he doesn't see you doesn't mean you aren't there.
