Is it just the lack of your period that makes you think you are pregnant? It's possible you are, especially if you aren't breastfeeding, but it's still very early. Unfortunately it's not something we can tell over the net. Grab yourself a pregnancy test or see your doc. Fingers crossed you get the outcome you're hoping for!

No clue if you are breastfeeding, but that is suppose to keep you from ovulating for a time....but you can spontaneously ovulate without knowing it, then you just start your period. But if you did happen to get pregnant during that spontaneous ovulation, obviously you will not know. Better to take a test for peace of mind, and if you are not pregnant, talk to your doctor about birth control options.

It happened to me. I got pregnant again when my son was 6 months old. I breastfeed and was on the mini pill and it took me taking my mini pills 4 hours off the regular time to get me pregnant. Come to find out that you have to take it at the same time every time. You only have MAYBE an hour off and more then that you have to discard the pack because its not going to work.
