Everybody is different. Your metabolism slows down after you have kids. Weight watchers really works. Eat small healthy meals through out the day keeps your metabolism goin and instead of exercising for an hour straight it's better to break it up through out your day. Like 10 or 15 minutes here and there doesn't matter what time... it can be when you wake up or before bed whatever. Instead of sitting you can walk in place or pace. You can also use your baby to help exercise, they're having fun and your getting a workout. You can tighten your abs then let them loose and tighten and let loose so on and so on nobody would really know your doing it but then you abs would be getting a workout. Just keep moving all day. They say cleaning your house is the best exercise, so you're killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Chewing gum burns calories and 1 piece is usually only 5 calories.

cut down on your dairy intake and take vitamin supplements. Eat carbs and lots of protein and avoid the sweeties and choc. Eat 6 small meals a day and dont eat for at least an hour before you go to bed. Lots of fruit and veg!

Walk loads. Get the buggy out and walk as much as you can till you feel the aching in your legs. rest then do it again the next day.

Do squats and lunges and avoid crunches for a few more weeks at least. If you can swim, do this once a week as well.

its hards trying to lose baby weight if you have a newborn...most mums will agree. I lost all my baby weight within 3 months and even lost more than pre pregnancy weight, which wasnt good.

Try to aim more to toning your body than losing weight. walking is the best way to do this as well as squats! have fun.
