When I got pregnant I gained over 75 lbs and went up to almost 225! I was completely devistated! It's my first baby and I had a few problems so I was so scared to excercise during pregnancy that I just didn't. I had a 10 lb baby naturally so I ended up with a lot of problems after having him. I could hardly walk for 11 weeks so excercising was out of the question! Because he was such a big baby he also tore the muscles in my abs so I can only do so many sit ups at a time because of the gap between my abs. I joined weight watchers and lost about 16 lbs and I walk every where but I am still only down to 195! I have tried everything and I just can't seem to get it off! My son is now 11 months old, so it has been a while and honestly I am just sick of being fat! I want to get back down to my pre weight or at least down to 150-160.

Does anyone have any helpful advice for me? or has anyone exercises that I can do that won't cause me to have pain or get a hernia (which I would really like to stay away from!). I do excercise here at home and I live in a small town and we don't have a gym here so that is out of the question!

any tips would be helpful! Thanks!

Sabrina,
Try a yoga workout... there are some I love that are intense as far as fat-burning and muscle toning but they are easy on your body. Some of my favorites come from a pragnancy workout video so they are gentle on your body.
How is your food intake? - they say 80% of your weight is related to the food/drink you consume. Maybe a few changes in diet or proportions could help. (I know it did for me).
There's also a vitamin / meal-replacement shake that has really helped my husband loose weight. He's almost back to where he was when we got married! :) It's cool that he can fit into his old pants again!
Sounds like you are trying hard... I hope you find something that helps. I gained 70 pounds with one of my babies so I know what you feel like.
~Hope this helps!
