My 9 mnth old has been diagnose with 'Temporary lactose Intollerance' for the 2nd time in 2 mnths. Have any other babies been through this? If so are they still lactose intollerant and how did they deal with it?

What is the reason for the diagnosis? Is it due to vomitting or diarrhoea? My baby is now 3 months old. He has blood in his stools and after all the checks, it seems like he has milk colities....some kind of lactose intolerance. So he is on total breastfeeding, and i got to cut out milk, cheese and eggs from my diet too. Heard that this will go away after baby turns ONE. Meanwhile, i think you can feed soy or goat's milk.
