she is well aware of what is going on and she is happy about it but out of no wear she will start crying and we cant figure out why!

It very well could be. I found our son tried to push my buttonsand the truth is; depending on how far along you are and how much you are showing, she maybe trying to figure things out and doesn't know how to express her feelings.
