What helped you the most to lose your baby weight?

Hi i had my daughter 16weeks ago now and still have 50pounds i need to lose. I am working out at the gym trying to burn off the weight but thought it would be nice to hear from other mom's what helped with their weight lose or what they found most effective.

My first baby I lost the weight pretty quickly since she was born in June and I could get out walking with her lots...my second baby was a lot harder to get rid of the weight. All I do is walk everyday with my dog and do some sit ups during the day. I wish i had time to go to the gym but with two kids I find it hard. I guess the best thing is just being on the go with the kids. i dont get much of a chance to sit down so at the end of the day I feel like I have been doing a workout all day lol. I really hope you get the weight off soon! Sorry if this dont help much. Another good thing I find is to not eat anything after dinner (or supper, wahatever it is you prefer to call it) I dont eat after 6 p.m. and I really notice a difference!
