My son is just over 7 months and he is starting to seem unsatisfied with his formula. He will only take 3oz then doesn't want any more. He is also getting rice cereal...veggies and fruit.....I am just looking for other things that I could be feeding him..

I agree 100% with Sheree. My daughter has been eating table food since around the same time too. Google BLW this is what we did, and that way everything is fresh and they learn how to chew and enjoy "real food".

Anything you eat. My daughter has been eating table food since 6.5 months. Everything we have she has too. also encourage him to feed himself, a lot of the time they want the independence. Just cut everything in hand since pieces for him and he will love to do it himself.

you could start to feed him baby food meats, I mean it could help a little or just start giving him little pieces of regular food, that what I did with my niece and nephew. if you buy a food proccessor abnd he could eat whatever you guys are having for dinner because it makes the food just like baby food.
