when do babies start to get on a schedule?

My son is 10wks old and for the majority of the time he sleeps through the night or might wake up once to nurse..If he nurses and falls asleep around 930 he wakes up once to nurse but if he nurses around 1030-11 he will sleep all night. HOwever i don;t want him to be up that late when I have to go back to work in 3 mos. At what age did your baby start to get on a routine schedule as far as sleeping?

Some never do. Usually around 3 months or so tho you will start to notice a more regular schedule and at 6 months when they start solids night times usually get more regular with fewer wake ups

My little one started to get on a schedule at around 2 months. I would put her down for a nap in the afternoon and she would end up sleeping about 4 hours then i wouldnt put her down for bed until 1030 pm and she would sleep through the night and wake up around 7, if she went down earlier than that she would always end up waking up around 4 so it just ended up working for us to put her down that late. But now she is 10 months old and i still put her down at 1030 but now she sleeps till 830 or 9 am so if i wanted to start to put her down earlier i think it would be just fine
