oh, it might depend on if your still lactating/ leaking in any way... I've tappered off to expressing every 2 days just to get rid of the pain but before that... nothin....

Sam, tough question.. were you expressing milk for your babe in any way?? I was! and now with my son just about 6 months I just started recently... Trust me it will be a little out of wack for a while... by this i mean it could seem to start, then stop for a day, then start, then stop then s... you get the picture... Trust me on this though, you'll know when it starts... and remember to pay attention to your "gut" feeling.

I got mine back 6 weeks to the day after I gave birth, but every woman is different. I had postpartum bleeding for 3 weeks.

I got mine back just 4 weeks after having my baby. My postpardum bleeding had only stopped a few days before I got my period. I was bleeding for about a week or so, which id much longer than my normal periods but I figured it would be longer after just having had a baby. The research I did says that it could start as early as 4 weeks like mine.
