Hello everyone!
I'm Leighann, and I'm active duty Air Force. I am scheduled to deploy here in 2 weeks. I have 2 very young (6 months and 21 months) children. Daddy is a stay at home, and is a great dad... but I just dont know exactly how I'm going to deal with a 6 month deployment without my boys!!!

First thank you for your service. My prayers are with you as you get ready to deploy. I would say the only thing you can do is take it one day at a time. I am sure hubby will email pictures and lots of love. I posted a question a couple weeks ago without a reply on what I could do for my daughter in law who deploys on the 9th. Be honest about your feeling and tell your hubby what you need from him with the kids.
